Wonderful, friendly staff. Always greet me with a smile and they remember how I have my coffee too. And so efficient. I never have wait long for my coffee which is great because my break time is precious. Thank you all for the consistently amazing job you do. You are a very valuable team of people providing a very essential service for patients and staff.

I had breakfast here this week and found the service was excellent. The woman was very friendly and helpful with my requests. While the bircher muesli wasn't moist as bircher ought to be, the fruit salad was freshly cut, delicious and a good mix. My rating goes to 4 stars for the service - great staff.

Customer service is great especially when you take into account just how busy this cafe gets. The pressure must surely get to the staff but, to me, it seems that they always do their best to uphold their standards. Considering the fact that this cafe is located inside a private hospital- the prices are reasonable… I can’t imagine how much they are being charged for rent… Overall I’ve had pleasant experiences here and am more than happy to stop in for a coffee. The cakes and pastries are always a hit too. Keep up the good work.

Merlo Coffee never disappoints! Freshly roasted beans, rich aroma, and smooth flavour in every cup. The baristas are friendly and always get the brew just right. Whether it’s a quick espresso or a creamy flat white, Merlo delivers quality and consistency. Highly recommended for anyone who loves great coffee!

This is my workday number 1 spot for takeaway coffee! (equal distance to 4 options) The whole team greet me by name and know my order, it’s super quick every time but still on point for my caffeine addiction. I love that they have fresh healthy grab and go options if I need a lunch. Sorry, I drank most of it before capturing a photo
